How to Book

Payment conditions:
In order to finalize your reservation we require a deposit of 50% in advance (within a week after the confirmation). The other 50% is due 90 days before arrival date. Guests will receive confirmation. Guests should arrange that the required amount is received net, free of bank charges, in the local currency, EURO (€). After we receive the deposit payment we will send you the payment confirmation form and your reservation will be finalized. Payment must be paid by bank transfer, credit card or cash. All bookings have to be paid in full, prior to the actual stay, unless otherwise agreed. If the full payment is not made, owners reserve the right to cancel the booking and terminate immediately the leasing agreement.

Cancellation policy:
FREE cancellation 90 days before arrival date.
Cancellation fees: 90 days – 0 days before the arrival 100% from the total price
Cancellations have to be made by call or in writing (e-mail).

Approx. Arrival time: 15:00 PM
Approx. Departure time: 10:00 AM

Terms of Lease
Price includes rental for specific period and number of guests. Villa will be delivered clean, functional and ready to use.
The Rental Agreement concerns the specific number of guests agreed for specific period. In no circumstance may the guests accommodate extra people without the prior consent of the owners.
Minimum rental period is one week (7 nights) unless otherwise agreed.
Rental price includes cleaning twice a week, change of linen & towels, or as otherwise agreed.
Pool towels are provided.
Rental price does NOT include transfers to or from the Villa or car rental.
Rental price does NOT include any other form transportation or transfer (port, airport, other).
